2026 Convention – The spring conference will be held at Hotel 24 South, Staunton, VA. Student paper and poster presentations will be held on April 17, 2026.
Please note that all conference attendees must be members of VAPS and must register for the conference.
Step 1: Join VAPS
Step 2: Submit a student proposal by February 6th. We only review proposals for students who have a faculty sponsor who is currently a member of VAPS.
Step 3: Register for the conference. The cost will be $30 for VAPS student members and $75 for VAPS faculty members. Late registration will be subject to an additional $25 late fee. (NOTE: You will need to create a username and password for the co-sponsor organization, Virginia Academy of Clinical Psychologists).
